| The opportunity
to participate in a goal driven activity has proven to be a very effective
motivational factor in the professional development of teachers. Through
this process, the administrator and the teacher work a colleagues
to improve the educational experience for all who are involved. The
process is initiated by a meeting where goals are jointly identified.
